Kenneth O'Neal, President
Mr. O’Neal is President of Seneca Telecommunications, LLC. Mr. O’Neal has a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience, customer relationship building, sound business practices, broad based hands-on technical and services background, and team leadership skills. He has over 30 years of successful GROWTH experience in business operations, information technology and services. He has specific expertise in developing solutions to complex problems requiring the integration of multiple products, vendors and partners. This includes Health Care, Construction, Manufacturing, Homeland Security and Law Enforcement.
He has primarily held positions with multiple small businesses as Chief Operating Officer focused on establishing a sound foundation of measurable operational processes while ensuring financial efficiency resulting in organizational and personnel growth. This includes information technology and services companies as well as product solution delivery providers.
He has worked in large American industries such as coal, nuclear and petrochemical with companies such as Brown & Root and Standard Oil; Federal system integrators such as Boeing and Wang; and numerous small businesses that he successfully grew out of the small business classification.
He has established excellent client relationships with Federal Government, State & Local and Commercial organizations that have received services and products from companies he has been associated with. This has resulted in his proposing, negotiating, signing and operating over $2b in contracts during the last 10-15 years.
Mr. O’Neal has a proven track record of communicating with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their requirements and ensuring that creative, yet viable, solutions are developed and delivered in an environment of open performance measurement and reporting. These opportunities have been delivered via Firm/Fixed price contracts, Time & Material, and cost plus depending on client preferences.
Mr. O’Neal has successfully transitioned proven management methodologies from the construction and system integration business to small and small disadvantaged businesses resulting in the creation of tens of thousands of jobs in various industries establishing their foundations for future business growth.
